Yama is well known as a professional manufacturer with great influence in polyester ribbon and ribbon-bows industry. The registered capital of YAMA is more than HK$200 million, and the fixed net asset is over HK$300 million. The total area of YAMA headquarter in Jimei,Xiamen is about 25,000 square meters, where the workshops cover 43,000 square meters and the office building area is about 3000 square meters. The branch factory in Xinglin is 35,000 square meters with workshop building areas up to be 58,000 square meters. The total number of staff and workers in Yama is about 2800.

Over the strong, stable and fast development in recent years, Yama has individual dying, weaving, printing and hand craft workshops with all constant temperature and dustless environment. Currently we have more than 2,500 high-speed looms, 78 high-temperature dyeing machines, 18 normal-temperature dyeing machines, 30 high-speed yarn warping machines, 200 printing machines and over 1,000 other machines. Yama specializes in manufacturing various high-quality polyester ribbon, printed ribbon, woven-edged label ribbon, sheer ribbon, velvet, picot-edged ribbon, and a wide assortment of handmade ribbon ornaments (including ribbon bows, rose, packing bows, etc).

Yama Ribbon and Bows Co. owns production capacity of 20 million yards ribbon,1 million ribbon-bows one day. And we keep 800—1000 million yards ribbon in stock permanently for stock-sale. About 50% of our production is exported to American and European markets. All of the ribbon materials (yarn, dyes, and ink) is Azo free and meet the standard of environmental protection regulation in America and Europe.
